West Oakville Real Estate Market

The West Oakville real estate market is bounded by Bronte Creek to the west, Speers Rd. to the north, Dorval Drive to the east, Rebecca St. to the south.

Like much of Oakville located south the QEW highway, West Oakville homes are situated on large lots with mature trees. Most of the homes were built between the 1940 and the early 1960s, with the vast majority being single and detached bungalows and 2 story homes. There are also a small number of town-homes that make up West Oakville. As in South West, many of the home-sites are undergoing renovations or complete re-build.

Shopping and all amenities are easily accessible. The area also offers Public and Catholic primary and secondary schools, as well as French Immersion programs. The newest addition to West Oakville is the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre.

This area is most accessible to the QEW highway. Oakville Transit provides public transit throughout this neighborhood. GO Trains can be accessed at either the Oakville Station or Bronte Station.
